We were looking for a decent wedding planner in Hyderabad for my husband’s sister’s marriage. As we were from Bangalore, we did not have too many contacts in Hyderabad. We came to know about Chaitanya and we hit it off instantly in our first conversation. Chaitanya approached the process very meticulously and offered us useful feedback and suggestions about how we should approach the whole process. He was there as a family the whole time . He worked within our budget and offloaded a lot of our stress around the event management.He took care of every small details for every function . On the day of the event, he personally supervised the arrangements and was available to take care of any contingencies.

The event was a success! Whether it was the decoration, the arrangement, the photo/video shooting and the overall flow of event to the personal touch required at such functions – all was handled professionally with a big smile.

It took us a really long time to find a decorator who shared our vision for what simple yet elegant wedding decoration meant until we met Chaitanya (and by then we had spoken to at least 4 others). He understood immediately what we were looking for and really made it so easy. He had brilliant suggestions and from then on it was a smooth and stress-free ride. Chaitanya and his wife Chandrika, were very prompt in responding to our queries, always kept us up-to-date on the progress by checking with us for all the important decisions and were always so cheerful. Everything was delivered according to schedule and the decorations turned out much better than I had hoped, thanks to their creativity. The sangeet decorations were so bright and jolly (with hanging lamps and funky signs) and the wedding mandap was absolutely gorgeous, completely exceeding our expectations. They really went the extra mile; the muhurtham was early in the morning and they made sure that the flowers required for my hair were ready by 5.00 am and deliverd fresh! Most importantly, they are reasonably priced and try their best to work within your budget. Overall it was an amazing experience working with the Alankaran team. Highly recommend them!

Chaitanya delivered everything that he promised. Since ours was a Christian day time wedding, we were very particular about the kind of decor we wanted. It had to be subtle and refreshing. Chaitanya was extremely patient throughout the process and took time out to understand our idea. He shared images every day to get our feedback. On the day of the wedding we were pleasantly surprised as Chaitanya had not only delivered what we wanted but went beyond and added several bits that made the venue beautiful.
